What can I expect?
Private voice coaching offers a one on one professional coaching experience.  A typical class includes technical training which can also be applied to a specific song.  Each lesson is recorded and sent to our clients at the end of each session.  Group classes are also available.    TO HEAR SAMPLES OF VOICE LESSONS, CLICK ON THE BUTTONS ABOVE!

Do I need experience?
All levels of experience welcome including beginners. You do not have to know how to read music nor do you have to be able to sing a note.  We take our clients step by step through a learning process that is clear, straight forward, practical and easy to understand.

How long are lessons?
Lessons may be 30 or 60 minutes each.
When you begin lessons with our studio, your first class consists of an initial assessment and some exercises that fit where you are presently at with your journey as a vocalist.

What kinds of things will I learn?
Specific technical exercises will be taught that are foundational to singing.  They involve working within the chest, head and middle registers.  Understanding where to place resonance is crucial to healthy singing.  This combined with a pure vowel sound and proper breath support is key to developing a consistently clear tone, sung without strain or fatigue.  Sometimes we choose a song to work on, but it always allows a practical application of the technique you are working on in class.

What is the cost?
Please visit the tab at the top "Voice Studio" and then go to the tab that matches the service you are interested in for all price listings.  Ex:  For private voice lessons go to "Private Singing"

What if I start and I do not like it?
We suggest that if you just want to try lessons that you subscribe to the packages provided to new clients, available in 30 or 60 minute lesson blocks. (4 lessons in each package at a discounted price)
Please communicate honestly with your instructor.  We want you to have fun and to enjoy your experience!  The studio does not offer refunds but will offer a credit.  Should you decide to discontinue, you may offer your pre-paid lessons to someone else.  We might also suggest to choose the "Pay As You Go" feature which allows you the freedom of "drop in" classes.  You are not obligated to return to the studio.

I have purchased some lessons but am really nervous?  What should I do?
Remember that singing is supposed to be fun.  It is perfectly normal to feel nervous when trying something new or when working with a brand new teacher.  Take a deep breath and think about the joy you will feel allowing yourself to sing!
